"Worst place I ever stayed horrible management people in the office where never there, when said to be there wouldn’t recommend that’s on the Truth. Had multiple maintenance issues cracked celling, rain leaking from the roof dishwasher never worked water is disgusting surprised it’s not shut down maybe a word from OSHA would get them in Line. Disgusted they just want your money don’t get fooled ~J*"

She helped us with the application process, and continued to keep us updated until we got approved. She made us feel very comfortable and even got us moved in within a week! She is great!!!!"

"It was a nightmare to live here. I can’t believe how poorly maintained the property is (pictures of the broken laundry room and cigarette butts everywhere below) and how big of a headache it was for management to get our bills right EVERY MONTH. Avoid ReNew properties! They are doing renovations and slipping in extra utility charges for residences to pay. The management (Stacey, who left a review like she lived here) constantly lost/messed up our rent paperwork and gave us multiple surprise bills when we were paid in-full every month. The regional manager, Brooke, was never helpful to resolve issues and acted like we should be accommodating her. I can’t believe how blind I was to the living conditions of this place. I hope they call this place a loss and use the property to make an H-E-B Plus."
