"The property manager Sierra is so nice and helpful in every way possible. If I come in with any questions or help understanding anything she is right there will to be patient and willing to help. I would recommend coming in to talk with her."
"Having Alex here with us gave us comfort because he respects our space and he isn’t a creep. I guess you can say I watch a lot of lifetime. & he always has positive energy with no secret agenda. I feel safe knowing that there is an extra key to my house and my maintenance man ALEX has it.! I can Say I trust him with getting my mail, or coming in my home without me being here cause I know everything is going to still be in place and he is going to stand on his word. Whether that’s bringing the mail, changing the locks, fixing the shower anything. With that being said I trust him with my WELL-BEING!!"
"We Love ALEX!!! & We Wouldn’t Trade Him For Another Maintenance Man. He Always Got Our Back & Always Doing His Best To Make Us Comfortable. He Put On My License Plates without a worry and he was busy taking care of the property. He Will Forever Be Family We Built A Bond That Can Never Break!! & The Office Ladies Always Have Your Back Whenever You Are Late Without Causing Any Stress Or Worries. Bout To Renew The Lease For The Fourth Year. & I Feel Like Alex Deserve A Raise Cause He Is Always Keeping The Property Clean. The Apartments Have They’re Pros & Cons But The Pros outweigh The Cons. My Boy Alex Gone Get It Done Evertytime.! He Is My Spider-Man/Superman. Sincerely Your Occupant Tayneisha"
"Somebody needs to give my boy Alexis a raise! He’s always prompt on fixing issues whenever it comes to maintenance. He’s always here at the property way before the office opens. I see this man pick up trash, and walk around and inspect and make sure the residents are happy with where they live. The man is always on the GO! He’s always got such a positive attitude and a smile on his face. I as a long term resident at Avalon springs am grateful for him & his kindness and compassion, keep up the great work Alexis!"
"Edit: I have seen recent listings for the 1/1 apartments here. They went from 690 to over 1k in less than two years. Spend, if you can, 200 bucks more and get a 2/1 somewhere nicer. Oh, also, they put out notices today to photograph our neighbors who aren't picking up pet poop, for $25 odd our rent for each photo we sent. This new property manager sure has some creative ways to make the apartments "nicer" that apparently don't include maintenence or lawn keeping, much less the laundry/pool. Moved in almost two years ago. The apartments were a decent price at the time, but neighbors sucked, played loud music constantly, would be up at 3 in the morning with 10+ people singing the same song together while a speaker blared it as well. Maintenance team is good, if they have the parts/ability to knock stuff out, a few months after I moved in the door frame was not full sealing, letting water, light, and most importantly bugs into the apartments. The property management only sprays for bugs once every three months, and they only provide repellents, they don't place traps around the buildings. I made several complaints about bugs in my apartment and talked to 2/3 different people in the office about my maintenance requests for them, all of them assuring that I would be getting it fixed soon. From the time of my initial complaint to when it was actually fixed was about 4 months. Washer and dryer area is always a mess. Either the room itself is strewn with trash, the washers are dirty from mud or dirt, or someone has left garbage in the machines. At any given time you can walk in and only half of the machines will actually be working. These are serviced by another company, but that company never actually fixes any of the machines, they always say it's the property's fault something is wrong. They need to rip out all of the washer and dryers and replace them with new machines they own, and that they can repair. They also only work from your phone now, so if you don't have a phone then good luck. There is a laundromat within walking distance but it a bit more expensive, but they are also much cleaner and nicer. The pool is also only open for about 3 months of the year, during summer, and even then it's only open for maybe a full month. Otherwise there is a bike lock on the gate for weeks at a time without explanation. We just received an email a few days ago stating it was open again and then it was still locked. Not sure why, as they'd "remodeled" the pool shortly after I moved in, so it shouldn't be hard to maintain. Water used to also get shut off constantly and randomly, not sure what emergencies require all buildings to be turned off from water, but oh well. As for the actual apartments, I have only seen the one beds/baths, all of which have minor issues. Paint over light switches, electrical panels, hinges, vents, mirrors, ect. The doors never fully seal and are all at least partially broken. My front door is sagging, hence why it keeps opening in new areas. My sliding door to the patio isn't sealed enough to keep bugs out, so they often crawl in through there unless I spray enough bug killed to keep em away. The patio itself also isn't raised from the dirt at all, so if it rains heavily it will make the concrete muddy and disgusting. The fence was broken for a few months, allowing stray animals to just climb through, and since I can't use the patio I didn't notice it until I saw a cat looking at me through the blinds (which also break easily and barely provide cover). I'd reccomend spending a bit more on nicer apartments, that have been better maintained. I don't blame the people working here on a day to day basis, I'm sure they are just as frustrated with the situation, but this place should be renting out for maybe 600/month, including all bills. Instead, they charge about 830 a month, plus whatever fees they want to tack on, such as water, garbage, ect. If they want to charge us for "amenities" like the laundry and pool, they should actually be usable. Oh, plus the pet fees are ridiculous. 750 bucks per pet."
