"Rude manager (Ashley J) who is unwilling to help even after the wrong information was given. Maintenance request have been open for weeks. Sweet leasing agent who tries to help but due to the lack of a manger is unable to fully do her job. Better off paying a little more for a better apartment with staff who actually cares for their residents."

"Ashley the manager is just amazing she keeps the parking clear of junk vehicles. She helps whenever we have a question. She is great at what she does!"

"I have lived here 5 almost 6 years. I love the office manager LaKiesha! She is the embodiment of a true people person and does what she can to help. She should be in charge. However the property manager, Ashley is outright terrible. Won’t fix issues.Been having issue with water leakage and ordering of parts that could help the property and my apartment look nicer and not waste water. It’s been 3 weeks and water is still leaking out of an outside faucet. I’m sure that will be charged to us as well. Some random wasted a lamp post 6 months ago and yet it still sits hot wires in hole out front. Pool and its faculties have been closed even before summer was over. My staircase still hasn’t been fixed. Electrical work still needs to be done. List is building! I even overheard the maintenance man complaining he can’t get materials ordered. Just plain cheap. She seems more adept to kicking people out and making life miserable through threats and fines for most tenants all the while showing up for a make believe beauty pageant in high heals, rather than a manager who needs to deal with property issues including maintenance. Property was so much more before she came in to the office. Usually I would just go my merry way but sometimes truth needs to be heard."

"Holiday hill ! A place I call home staff is super friendly Lakisha is so patient and helpful with your transition everything runs smoothly with her assistance. The community is very clean and well kept , if ever a problem arises they will not only fix it but fix it right in a timely fashion . I absolutely love being part of the community"

"I have had the most amazing experiencing with this apartment complex. I applied, had issues w/ the online application, sent an email and got a call the next day. Set up a tour the next day as well. Completed the application and approved all within 2 days and I can’t wait to move in. The apartment manager, Brittany, is amazing. She’s so friendly and you can tell she loves what she does."
