"Someone hacked into my online account and ordered $1,000 worth of office supplies. I received the order confirmation emails (3) and immediately called Office Depot to let them know not to deliver the desk and supplies. They said the order was already at the warehouse (after 10 minutes wow!) and couldn't stop the delivery, to call back when I receive the order and they would schedule a pickup. I have spent HOURS on this, between being put on hold, and hung up on 6 times total over the last week. The supplies are still sitting on my porch, even though they scheduled pickups with confirmation emails. Just got off the phone after being hung up on twice and scheduled another pickup, hopefully this one will work. Then 10 days for reimbursement. Customer service is terribly unorganized, never again!"
