"The sale representative was playing a video game on his laptop when we arrived. He was pretty rude and did not want to answer our questions. He also pretended to talk about something that he did not know. He insisted that a 30" wall oven can fit in a 30" cabinet ! Eventually, we had chance to talk with the owner. The owner seems to be a pretty good guy and is pretty knowledgeable. If you consider to buy something there, you need to directly talk with the owner."
