"AMAZING EXPERIENCE at this store. So I brought 3 knives my aunt bought from CUTCO 18 years ago (Yes. You heard me right! 18 YEARS AGO!!!) to this location for sharpening. JANET, the store manager, helped me send them to the CUTCO factory. I got her call 3 weeks later (usually faster, but due to the Christmas and New Year holidays) to pick them up. CUTCO REPLACED THE BLADES on 2 of the 3 knives!!! How do I know (you may ask)? Because I broke the blade tip on 2 of them years ago! LOL… PLEASE BUY MORE PRODUCTS AT THIS LOCATION. You not only SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS but also get a good deal (Janet is willing to match prices with other businesses for CUTCO products)."

What a great service! If someone needs sharpening then this is the place. Just bring the knives to the store. They will pack and ship back to Cutco for free. No return fee if pick up in-store. The customer service is superb, especially Mrs. Janet. She is so kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this Cutco store."
