"A great motel in terms of price, rooms and cleanliness. It’s very modern with some nice features in the rooms and good amenities. There is one major downside however - a train track goes right past the front of the motel and the trains were blasting their horns late at night and early in the morning with such volume that it would wake up even the heaviest sleeper. Nothing the motel can do about this which is unfortunate."

"Great location close to restaurants gyms and much more but privately in a closed off area. Rooms are great and the price is even better. Front desk staff is always great especiallythe owner she is awesome."

"The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were very small/flat and when I asked for more they said they only had one extra. The sheets were very scratchy. When we came in we saw the top decorative sheet had some kind of stain all over the back. The shower head is supposed to be a “rain shower” head but half of it is clogged so not really getting the desired effect. The front staff were very friendly but the loud train blaring its horn was not so peaceful."

"Very well taken care of rooms, everything was clean and sanitized, the beds were comfortable and the TV had many channels to watch; the bathroom was also sanitized and the shower was very refreshing, getting the card for the room was also very quick and organized. The only bad I could find was that because Houston is so hot this time of the year, the AC took a long time to cool the room and that there are train tracks across the street so you might hear train horns now and then. Everything else was very good, I would highly recommend."

"This recently renovated hotel is excellent value. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy. The showers are far better than most hotels. And the addition of a small kitchenette is extremely useful. The only thing to bear in mind us there are no utensils for the kitchen."
