"Paint peeling in bathroom stains on carpet very dirty and absolutely No customer service. Not the cleanest environment. I've added pictures."

"Do not ever stay here,!! They trapped me on the third floor all night long. Telling me that the elevator was being worked on but there was no workers. And they could turn it off and on whenever they wanted to. The staff loed about it constantly.. I have a heart disease And I could not walk up-and-down 3 floors upstairs. I will never stay at this shady place again.its not fair that I paid for my room and I cannot use an elevator."

"We were in town for a football game and this hotel accommodated us last minute with a room. Everyone at the desk was friendly and personable. Upon checkout, I left some jewelry in my room and when I called to have them check if it was there, The front desk located it and helped with shipping it back to me. I really appreciated this and want to give them a shout out. Thank you! :)"

"This has to be the dirtiest &; most disgusting hotels I’ve ever slept in breakfast in the morning is like feeding a group of animals cause once the food is gone breakfast is over they don’t bring out more food &; the lady putting out the food says they try to save food from one morning to the next like are you serious?! Also there elevators never work &; this is the view you get once you walking down to your room from the hall also my bathroom had texture peeling from the roof smh lol NEVER AGAIN"
