Montrose Suites

"Unfortunately these rooms are terrible. The beds were hard as a rock! The TV is a Roku but the remote isn’t compatible so we couldn’t watch TV in our room which was a complete bummer. We are staying here for a visit at MD Anderson, too bad we didn’t book one of the suggested places by the hospital because this was truly a terrible experience. Update response to owner: Booked under Mosby; yes it is memory foam but unfortunately it is not soft or comfortable at all. On a positive note, the location is great and the view from the rooftop is beautiful. Definitely don’t like to say all negative things, will always give credit where it is due!"

"Very Beautiful modern looking AirBnB! It was perfect for our weekend in Houston. It was very up to date, kept clean, and enough room for the 13 of us. I love how it has 3 levels of rooms and the rooftop on the 4th level. Each room had its own unique shape and has it's own lock and code on the doors. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice as well (minus the bathrooms in rooms #2 and #3 had a odor). Well worth the money spent! My only concern is the area around the house is very tight and if you have multiple cars good luck with parking."

"Great location. Nice clean room. Directions and instructions for entrance were sent in advance and I got a follow up the day before my trip to make sure there were no questions or concerns. Will definitely stay again."

"The building isn't labeled as a guesthouse or as a managed establishment and the employees couldn't describe it or direct me to it over the phone. They told me "the first building" and then "building one" for townhouse buildings that are labeled with a four digits and a LETTER. Neighbors in the same complex didn't know "Montrose Suites" existed. I wonder if they're even able rent out rooms legally; most lease agreements don't allow running businesses out of homes. The bottom line? Look elsewhere."

"I stayed here one weekend with my girlfriends and we loved it. The location is close to Brasil, Common Bond, and Agora which we loved, and we also walked to other shops nearby. The place was clean and the interior beautifully decorated . I would stay here again."
