"First starts I came to the front attendance and I was given the wrong key. Moving forward to the room the bed sheets had cigarette holes, previous unidentified hair, fecal matter in the toilet. Once I approach the front desk with this issue he proceeded with an attitude. It doesn't matter if you are spending $60 or night or $3,000 a night harder money is hard earned money. I do not recommend this place if I could give a zero Stars I would thank you"

"OK. I consider myself to be an extremely clean person, I have a job. But something, happened at my last place of residence. The manager was not paying the owner of the property. On Helmers and So us residents not knowing got the boot. And now I go to get a room at Symphony Inn. And they basically won't rent or the homeless. Even though I have a job, now I'm need residence until October. But they won't rent to me. Because of my situation. So I guess I remain homeless until Octobee. I'm really close to.my work here. That's why I haven't gone anywhere else ."

"A nice & cheap get away with the hubby....its not a 5 star hotel but good enough to just get out for night. Room was clean. Lady was not a talkive person but husband was great and answered all my questions with no problems."

"Room smelled like ass and cigarettes...the art on the walls looked creepy..looked like a piss spot on the comforter..had to argue 10 min. to get money back..bottom line is..I WOULDN'T LET A MANGY DOG SLEEP HERE!!... but you get what you pay for."
