"Horrible customer service. The day shift lady at the front desk is going to bankrupt this place. DO NOT COME HERE!! I stayed for 20 minutes and I couldn’t even get a refund. I had two friends stop by and she was calling and banging on the door. It was crazy lol"

"If I could negatively rate this place, it rate would be a NEGATIVE 5! Upon initial arrival the front desk day time shift woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ask for a two night stay, thinking she was at least paying attention to my needs and request, and she charged me $75. I paid and thought all was good. Well I allowed my mom and my cousin to come up to the room to use the bathroom, as I am in Houston to bury my grandmother the middle of next week. The front desk called immediately and said in such a rude tone and uncompassionate way that I was not to have any visitors (never hear of such nonsense). I tried to explain that they were only up to use the restroom (literally for 5 minutes). This was strike number two. Then when I left out of town leaving my brother to stay in the room for the second night I had paid for, he calls me the 2nd night saying that they locked him out of the room with all of his stuff still in it. He told me they were claiming that we had only paid for one night. I'm not from Houston and have no idea of local MOTEL rates. I called the front office and tried to find out what was going on and the same rude and unprofessional day time woman picked up and immediately basis that this was not her fault and that she was not to blame for this complete mess of a situation SHE created. She then hung up on me while I was still talking to her. I called back and she said she was now with a customer. Turns out she made my brother beg to get his stuff out the room, did not provide us with any option to pay for the additional night we had initial asked for and thought we had paid for. If your reading this, do not stay at this place. The room is definitely not worth the $75 dollars and the service is poor times 10! STAY AWAY from this place. Never again will stay here and most definitely would NEVER recommend this place."
