"Location: right off the freeway, very noisy and a lot of cars love to speed on the street directly in front. Which can be a bother for many as the walls are extremely thin so you will hear everything. Service: 10/10! Honestly, I have no complaints on the service at all. They’ve been very friendly, their cleanliness is top tier and they handle all issues immediately. Rooms: very spacious with all amenities needed. Beds have no stains, very comfortable. Smell is LOVELY! Almost addictive and helps puts you to sleep. They only have showers but they’re wonderful just wish the pressure was better. Door has a slight gap that allows creepy crawlers to get in but it wasn’t anything crazy or often. Just after a rain you need to be careful. House keepers are super friendly and they take care of you really well. I honestly feel if the location was different, this place is the ideal. It’s not far from many attractions which is also a plus. No worries about getting roaches or bed bugs here!"

"What I appreciate about my 2 night stay was the clean, modern rooms. The bed was pretty comfy as well. I do wish that there was a secondary lock on the door and more strip added to the side and under the door. Also coffee makers in the room would be perfect! The only complaint was the non stop freeway noise, but I am a very light sleeper. Thanks for a great stay! I will be back."

"Nice, clean, I love the shower. The only thing I didn't like was the gap under the door. It let in a lot of light. They need to put a strip there. Other than that perfect. I hope they keep it this way. This location isn't in the nicest area."

"This is one of the best Palace inn that I have stayed at. The customer service was on point and they go above and beyond to help you during your stay. The shower was the best part and never seen it at any other Palace inn blue. I will definitely come back again here."
