"For the price it's excellent. The hot breakfast is in quality, but it's free. And at least there are eggs and a waffle maker. Paula, the employee at the front desk, was extremely kind and helpful. The maids were also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and on the first floor, the ceilings were high which I like. It was a weekday but it seemed quieter the most hotels. I'm extremely thankful for Paula to accommodate me in a late check out and retrieving more bath towels, etc. Certainly not luxury, but very comfortable and the bed was fresh and comfy."

"GM Jennifer and front desk Diego were great! Quick check in even when we had 6 people in front of us and United decided to cancel our flights and leave us stranded !!! Diego was training and did a great job! Will stay here again under different circumstances 10/10! No hot breakfast but their kitchen is being renovated and should be done within the next month!"

"Steve was working at time arrival, awesome front desk employee. He greeted, professional , and made our check in process smooth .No issues. 4:00 am came down for coffee, Melissa was working at front desk , She also greeted , very polite, and professional. No issues with staff at all , Just the room could of been cleaner and maintenance . Other then that all is well. No hot water too, this is a lack of supervision on employees on housekeeping and maintenance.. I never received a phone call from Both GMs .. after Melissa said they will call me.. . My first complaint about the comfort inn and suites for 5years"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Their warmth and efficiency added to the overall positive vibe of my stay. I give it a solid 5/5 for excellent service!"

"This hotel desperately needs improvement. The service is horrible, expect to wait 15-20 minutes to talk to someone at the front desk anytime you need something or to check in. That wouldn't be as much of a problem if their keys didn't demagnetize at least once a day, even if you do everything they say, so you need to wait and talk to them a lot. When they do help you the staff is rude. They moved our rooms because there was a large ant colony in the first one we were in. Overall rooms were dirty and poorly lit. The hotel looks outdated and in need of a refresh. The hotel also has not opened a breakfast bar since COVID so they give you a very sad breakfast to go if you ask at the front desk but it is a frozen sandwich. The gym and other images also do not match the images online. I recommend finding another hotel in the area. There are lots of similarly priced options around the airport, don't settle for this one."
