"Location is excellent but this hotel and its management is very poor. Arrived late (around 1 am) and I was banging on the door to be let in. Security guard just watched me in an emotionless manor and did not bother to do anything about it. When the front desk person let me in they looked like they just woke up and wanted nothing more than to get rid of me. I come downstairs to go around the block to find a convenience store and noticed there was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby entrance doorways. The person started asking me for money and once again security couldn’t care less - just pretended like I wasn’t there and ignored what was happening. Very poor experience for a Hilton property. Would not stay again."
"Hotel is nice, breakfast is decent. Rooms are clean, but beds are terribly uncomfortable and water pressure in shower is a joke. The sink has better water pressure! Windows seem thin, can hear everything outside. But again, rooms are decent and hotel is clean."
"Hotel is conveniently located in downtown with some food places within walking distance. Room was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast is good but the hotel should take away the signs in the elevator about the on-site bar and grill since I never see anyone there (no information about the on-site bar and grill on the website). Overall, a good experience."
"The rooms are fine. I just feel like they should make some rooms for people with allergies with dogs. Cause sometimes people book our rooms prior to our knowledge. Not thinking about people that are highly allergic to dogs. So I think some rooms should be made dog free. But I do love dogs. They don't love me."
