"We had an AMAZING experience. This was a gorgeous, clean hotel and everyone we encountered was great. We had an incredible view from our room and it was such a fun area around the hotel to explore. The one minor issue we had was figuring out where to park when we arrived, but that was more user error than anything!"

"Overall a good experience. I traveled here as production staff for a conference and stayed for seven nights. A group of us arrived late around midnight and were checked in pretty quickly considering the time. I requested a quiet room and they delivered on that. The room was fairly well appointed and the bathroom came equipped with a nice fluffy bath mat which was a nice improvement over the usual thin towel. These little things help when you're on your feet for fourteen hours. The shower head seemed to be of a "rain style" type and I like more pressure so I do wish that it was adjustable like many of the hotels I've stayed. I'm glad to see QR codes in the room for tipping the housekeeping staff. I'd rather give them cash but it's a good alternative to nothing if I don't have cash on me. A big plus for me was the television with accessible inputs and a functional input select button. I travel with a Chromecast and it's still surprisingly common for hotel TVs to be unusable with it. With the prevalence of data breaches, etc. I simply avoid entering my credentials into hotel TV/AV systems. So points for letting me use my own device. And a special shout-out to the kitchen, our crew meals were amazing and memorable and the staff were exceedingly attentive and helpful."

"My stay so far has been amazing! The staff is the most courteous I’ve encountered. The amenities are first class. Just finished a 5k run on the 23rd floor, then hit the sauna. The view during the run was breathtaking. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and will be back to stay again!"

"I really enjoyed this hotel and I’ve never left a review for a hotel before. Brenda at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The bell hops were amazing & one nice gentleman had been there 9 years which is awesome! A gentleman working the pickup/drop off area was so kind and offered cold water and was pleasant to speak with. He’s worked there 11 years! I stayed in a Pure room for the first time and really enjoyed it. I didn’t wake up with a dry, stuffy nose like I normally do in hotels. Will definitely look for Pure rooms at Hilton properties going forward. Great location to other stuff within walking distance. Love the nearby park. Lovely hotel, lovely staff! 5 stars!!"
