"Not the worst hotel experience, but the photos are extremely deceiving. My room was old, not very clean, cramped, and smelled musty. My issue is, you should know what you are paying for. I paid for what i thought was a room up to par with what they advertise. But i could’ve paid a similar amount for a nicer hotel and had a much better experience. There were even dirty socks under my bed left from another person. The lack of transparency with this hotel left me feeling sort of scammed and i definitely don’t agree with the price i was charged, considering the room/service i was given. Do what you will with this information."

"Great location. Decent rooms. Good price. Need better support and valet staff. I Called/texted the guest services number about 3 times and 2 of the requests took close to an hour. Stopped by the front desk for toilet paper and took over 2 hours after a call back to get some brought up. Many times valet said the car was ready but it was not. The room upon check had dirty sheets not to mention there was hair in the shower and the room was dusty with no way to open a window for ventilation. The carpets are filthy and could use a deep steam clean. An item fell overnight and when I picked it up there was long hair and other things on it. I wouldn’t dare step barefoot on the room floor. I witnessed the valet bringing out a car that the owner was told was ready 30 mins ago only for them to pull up and the car dented and scratched. The man approached the short-haired lady with brown hair and she had an attitude and showed NO compassion for the situation."

"Great location, service and rooms. As you walk in hotel feels great. High ceilings in the living lounge, great atmosphere. Corridors on the floors are a bit dated but I’m told it will be re done in the next couple of months. Rooms are decent. Good value for money."

"Stayed here over night feom 1.19 to 1.20 for a long layover. The lobby and downstairs bar are beautiful... it's also where I think majority of the budget went. The rooms are small and damp the shower floor looked as if it had not been clean so I showered with shoes on. The hallways are freezing and much of the appliances are rusted. I will say for a little over $100/night, you get what you pay for. If you need a quick stay it's fine but I would not do more than a night or 2 here."

"Very bad experience for us! We rented 3 rooms, the 3 rooms were not clean, one of the rooms smelled of Marijuana. The hotel is dirty, even an informative inscription was destroyed on the ground on the 3rd floor. Mold in the showers. No fridge or microwave in two of the rooms. A coffee machine that does not work in one of the rooms, the lock of a bedroom door does not work either. We took a king size room which had two mattresses. a shame! This hotel looks like a student hostel. I did not feel safe in this hotel. I was ashamed to have booked this hotel for my family. The photos do not at all reflect reality but not at all. In the bathrooms the ventilation does not work. I must have felt the humidity in the room all night. the rooms were very small, we had no place to put our suitcase. Furniture are old and broken. The toilets were very lacking in cleanliness. And the corridors in the rooms were very dirty. I think this hotel needs to be really renovated and cleaned. Because the photos are not at all the one in person. I do not recommend this hotel at all. to avoid!"
