"One of the coolest and awesome hotel in Houston. The cost of accommodation is very reasonable compared to others hotels. Staff is friendly and helpful whenever you need something. The hotel came with nice modern interior and exterior style. They offer a very good continental breakfast with a variety of drinks, which is good for the price. The have fasilites such as pool and outdoor setting areas. Parking is available for free. There's good Wi-Fi internet covering whole the room buildings only. Hotel location near by bus, metro, market, restaurants and laundry. Rooms had many facilities such as towels, body lotion, hand lotion, shower gel, hair dryer, microwave, coffee machine and small fridge. Overall rating is 08/10. The hotel's location is approximately 35 minutes away from the city center. The mattresses in the room type I booked are bad and need to be renewed. There is no internet coverage in the lobby. The bed in the room shared for four people doesn't have curtains for privacy, as there is only an insufficient plastic barrier. Otherwise can't complain."

"Please do not trust the five-star reviews for this hotel because every month, the best-looking five-star reviews receive a full refund. The staff training at this hotel needs improvement. Apart from housekeeping personnel mishandling personal belongings leading to items going missing, there is also inconsistency in the information provided by the front desk staff. Initially, they said that an early check-out would result in a refund, but after checking out, they claimed it wasn't possible. This left me feeling deceived, and it was a very poor experience. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to have a frustrating experience."

"This is hands down the best Bposhtels Hostel location I have been to (I have been to 4 of their locations). This hostel is located inside of a hotel and the hotel is SO awesome (Heights House Hotel). It has a restaurant with yummy food, a huge outdoor hangout area, a bar and it is all very colorful and lively. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Since the hostel is part of a hotel, you also have the opportunity to mingle with hotel guests in addition to hostel guests. The whole place has a very fun and upbeat vibe. Within walking distance in the immediate area there is the Houston Farmers Market and the Street Food Thai Market. I love this place and I will definitely be back."
