"They cancelled my booking because they said it was overbooked even though I booked this room almost a full year in advance. They waited until 2 weeks before my booking to tell me. They should have known it was overbooked a long time ago. They have screwed up my entire vacation plans."

"Although the rooms are clean and appear new, this motel has not cared about updating their windows to prevent noise, despite so many that have complained regarding noise. I am writing this review at 4:40AM as I have not been able to sleep due to constant noise coming from highway. I double-checked if my room window was open and it's not, It's just a single pane window doing a really poor job of keeping highway noise away. I think sleeping in my car would have been a better idea. I booked a hotel for a good night sleep and super disappointed that my 1 day in Houston is ruined. Also, by the way, they appear to limit the speed of their complementary wi-fi to 5 mbps, my 2 bars of Verizon is getting me better speed. IF YOU ARE BOTHERED BY NOISE FOR YOUR SLEEP, DO NOT BOOK THIS CHEAP MOTEL!"

"Our stay here was pleasant. It was quiet, there were no problems with anything. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and staff was nice and flexible about my late check out. Would def stay here again"

"Clean rooms and cold AC... Awesome. Big, nice room and bathroom. Shower was Fantastic. Huge TV. Comfy King size bed and pillows. Really nothing to complain about except maybe the traffic from the freeway. You can hear it pretty good in the room. We brought a noise maker and plugged it in to the bedside table and it helped muffle the traffic noise. We stayed here when we attended a Concert at the White Oak Music Hall. The venue is only like 3 blocks away and we walked. This worked out Great! Got to party hard at the venue and just walk to the hotel afterwards."

"Everything about the stay was great. Was hoping in a room upgrade because of my status with them but no big deal I didn't get it and also they didn't have a toothbrush whereas they were supposed to but they offered mouthwash instead; these are the only non-perfect aspect of my stay which again are minor details. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, gym and pool also great. Very convenient location for what my needs were which is the main reason I chose to stay here. I can see myself happy to stay here again"
