"This apartment had everything we needed and so close to Krogers, Papas, CVS, Target, Wig World, Pet Smart, Cleburnes Cafeteria, Luby’s Cafeteria… I have absolutely no complaints!! Our little dogs just love it. Plenty of room to walk and feel safe at any hour being gated. Beds are so comfortable and kitchen is supplied with dishes pots and pans makes cooking a breeze especially with nice dishwasher also dishwasher pods provided! A washer and dryer provided and some clothes washing pods! TV in living room and bedroom two bedrooms and two bathrooms so nice and roomy and clean! Patio is so nice to watch sunset and drink coffee or tea at end of the day. Close to MDAnderson if doing the stem cell transplant like I was and Mrs Erica will work with you if your schedule changes. "3 stays so far, while my brother is in the hospital. I appreciate all the appliances & kitchen supplies. There's salt& pepper in the cabinet! Keurig coffee maker. Washer & dryer. Excellent value. Above average service."

"The area was nice and it was convienent for our purposes.but there were multiple dead cockroaches in our room and spiders all around the windows and doors. The fitted sheet hadnt been washed because there was a small bug shell in between that and the mattress cover. There were food pieces all over the living room carpet we kept stepping on that hurt and popcorn under the couch. The bed was missing slats which affected the shape of the frame and it felt like it would not stay together. The fan in the bedroom shakes when its on and i was scared it would fall on us while we were sleeping but it took foreeeeever for the ac to cool down the room so we had to have the fan on (it was 80 for most of the first day). Overall i might stay here again but it needs to be actually cleaned before i stay, i dont like not knowing what im getting in a room."
