"This hotel is really nice , but the staff steals guest belongings, and then will give you the run around when you try to retrieve them. I would never stay here again. There are also roaches seen in the lobby"

"Ok so I did my reservation by phone around 8pm , we were at some family party. Of course by the time we make it to the hotel there’s no close parking by the front door so we had to park in the back by the swimming pool we got out our car thunking we can get in from the back door by swimming pool and they’re locked so we have to walk with suit cases all the way around to make it to the front door. No hit water to shower , have to wait for little while for warm water. Then in the morning we saw bugs in the shower and I make sure to tell the receptionist about it. ( not even an apology ) I show her a couple of pictures of these bugs. Also the slide door in the restroom I didn’t like it, no privacy at all. Very disappointed"

"The staff was extremely helpful both during our late night check in and during the morning shift as well. Our rooms were clean and the public spaces were nice. The airport shuttle was easy too. We had a cancelled flight while traveling with our 10 month old and were stuck for the night with no access to our bags. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed, including a crib, toothbrushes, and other amenities. I would absolutely stay here again, whether in a pinch or not."

"Very nice hotel - clean, attractive. Loved that it had a complimentary shuttle to and from the HIA airport. Got a great deal last minute though that probably had to do with it being the middle of January. The dining room looked elegant, beautiful but the menu was awful - like cafeteria food...with alcohol. It wasn't open when I arrived at 4:00 and I was starving so I walked down the road and ate at Denny's. Also at 9:00 the next morning there was coffee/tea service but the hot water carafe was empty and the milk/cream container was empty. The staff hadn't thought to finish what they started I guess. They got the hot water and milk from the kitchen and as far as I know, never brought out those supplies for the other guests. I loved the large very warm fireplace in the lobby. The room was nice and I liked the touch of having a bathroom mirror with anti-fog AND a frame that doubled as makeup lighting. The shuttle driver was polite and obliging. It was quite far from everything, situated on a strip of hotels/corporate office buildings next to a very busy road way. No sidewalks. Not a nice area at all"

"Rooms were nice and updated also clean. There was a sweet cat in the lobby. The staff at the front desk in the evening he was really nice. We had an issue with the room when we got back late at night but the guy at the front desk took care of it right away! The issue was the deadbolt got stuck in the door frame so we were locked in and the front desk man came up and let himself into the adjoining room over (thankfully no one had booked that one) and we got out through that room he then moved us to a fresh clean room and we also were comped for the majority of the bill. We ended up only paying like $20 for the room due to the late night inconvenience and were allowed to check out late the next day."
