"The room was very clean and location secure. There is ALWAYS someone at the front desk, which was great. There is no pool, but there is an indoor Jacuzzi. Service was very good, they always made sure we had clean towels."

"HOT ROOMS AC DOES NOT COOL. After calling from desk check in was at 9PM call at 11 room still isn’t cooling asked to get another room. Lady said no wait 30mins if not she would change the room. I ask for a late check out because we have been waiting for a room to sleep in since we checked in. And the answer was no. Don’t recommend. Moved to another room with the same issue."

"Clean rooms, hospitable front desk. I repeatedly come here because even though it's close to the mall, the airport, and freeways it is very private. Very homey with couches, tables, and large mirrors with excellent lighting. Very affordable and would highly recommend."

"So, the front office staff was not consistent in being polite. I was 20 minutes late checking out of my room and after spending a week there, was told quite rudely that check out was no later than 11. Bed: not comfortable, lumpy and collapsed inside Floor: dirty carpet although it looked to me that renovations were starting Location; very close to the SH parkway and noisy. We only stayed there because it was very close to where we were working and traffic in Houston is a nightmare and not being from there of course We wanted to stay close by the job site. Next time I’ll stay further away in a much nicer motel."
