"I booked a room through the Wyndham app, and although I requested a first floor room they put me on the second. I didn't mind that there weren't extra pillows like I requested because it was a double room, therefore, extra pillows being it was just myself. No AC when I walked in, that was incredibly uncomfortable due to health issues. I tried to call the front desk for the WiFi password and the phone was not working. I had to use my cell to call. The refrigerator was barely cold so I improvised and grabbed a bucket of ice to keep in the fridge, which worked rather decently. I do have to say, the pillows, just glorious. Nothing worse than a hotel with flat, crunchy, or mushy, uncomfortable pillows. THESE were fabulous. Overall it was very clean. I was comfortable. There were no issues with loud neighbors, no craziness in the parking lot, it was for the most part, aside from hearing traffic from I45, calm and quiet. The staff were all very nice be polite. I proudly commend the man at the front this morning for allowing me an extra hour on my check out time, I desperately needed it after arriving so late. I cleaned my room and departed without being hassled or rushed. I appreciate that tremendously. May not be the ritz, but my stay was genuinely adequate."

"The rooms are good and the location is off the highway so you can get to places fast but for the staff.... If you call they will tell you there is a deposit, when you get there they will charge you for a deposit but when you leave they don't know anything about a deposit! The man told me and I quote "I don't charge a deposit" not that I'm not getting my deposit back but in fact they do not ask for a deposit. He said he would have to check with the other employee about my deposit. This man knows I paid a deposit! I stayed there before and paid a deposit! The man also said I had too many people in my room, 4 adults in a double room that was made aware of the 4 adults when we checked in. He also said we had people coming and going, that is another LIE! We're not from here and do not know anyone to come and go! This man knows he Lied and stole from me and why? Because he thinks he can just get away with it and it certainly looks like he did. All I have is the review to warn people and that I will do! 2.20.23 Update The question concerning if I have the right hotel, Yes it most certainly is the right hotel!"

"We needed a place to shower and sleep and this fit those requirements. Room was clean but needed updating. Water in tub was hot but there was very little water pressure from the shower head. Also the light and fan in the bathroom were on the same switch, so the bathroom was very cold. The price for the room was appropriate for what we got."
