"Brandi was great!! I had roaches everywhere, small to big ones. I don't like that at all, then when I was going to leave then they did pest control. What for??!! She needs to go to another location and be great there. I would not stay there again. Sorry BRANDI"

"Brandi is the only good thing about this hotel. She’s truly a sweetheart and I wish I had the power to put her at another (good ) location because she could take it to the next level. Besides her , I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog . Room was nasty and stinky, there was something behind my door that looked like blood and it was also on the bed cover , and curtain. Me and my kids are all bit up, it’s was just overall not a decent hotel. Brandi let me know the tissue rule but also said if it’s an emergency let her know and she would give us a roll. Well , I got sick and couldn’t stop going to the bathroom. We ran out and my children can’t drive so I asked my son to ask for a roll and I could replace it . The man at the desk told him no in a mean way(and some other mess) and he came back to the room looking so sad an broken and embarrassed. We just lost our home due to a fire so I didn’t want to cause a stir because a church paid for our stay , but this place needs some updates and Brandi needs to give a class on how to treat people because it seems she is the only person that knows how ."

"Now don’t get me wrong Brandi was Sweet … but sweetness doesn’t over rule anything … My first room had so many roaches .. omg it was crazy . I ended up moving to another room which was cleaner and better but it still had its downfalls ….&& The only reason I gave the service a 1 star is because they waited until 6:55 PM to come tell me that my room was due and I had to either pay Something I didn’t have an or leave property when normally most policies are 11 AM and I feel like they literally had all day to tell me but they wanted to tell me five minutes before the office closed And then had the maintenance man come knock on my door, making sure that I was leaving the property while I was in the middle of leaving the property to me that was so unorganized and very disrespectful due to the fact that you never know what somebody has going on and you’re a company so at the end of the day you should always Know and aware your guest because at the end of day why wait till 6:55 PM when you close at 7pm .. my refrigerator was leaking water. The bathroom was nasty and it honestly looks like they just spray bleach to let it clean itself if you turn the heater on the Smoke detector started going off and they did not give you refills for tissue or towels. They accommodated you with a baby bar of soap that had no soap to it. Overall I wouldn’t go back to that location."

"roaches everywhere and weed/cigarette odor in rooms...bathroom was unwashed...they just spray bleach on there and hope it cleans the bathroom without actually scrubbing it. did I mention roaches.....everywhere. oh, bring your own toliet paper cause no refills. This was a roller-coaster ride of seven days I couldn't get my money back to leave early. the stove doesn't work, it's only for decoration. if you are a non-smoker, don't book this hotel cause you will smell smoke in your room all day. prepare yourself to kill roaches in your room, at least 15 a day."
