"Great service from Nina at the front desk. Clean hotel. Clean room. Secure parking garage with only key access. Much shopping, food, and parks around. Free breakfast in the morning. Great stay!"

"These are our favorite hotels, and this one does have it all. But I have to point out this incredibly unsafe hazard! The outdoor patio is tiled with an indoor grade polished tile, and any amount of humidity leaves a thin coating of water on its surface (hello, we're in Houston! Humid all the time). In addition to that, there is a water feature on the patio which is pooling with water mist around its base, akin to the wetness alongside a swimming pool. Walking across this entire surface this morning is incredibly slippery and resukted in my shin crashing into the tile base of the water feature trying to reach the door. Ow! Imagine an elder trying to navigate through here. Impossible! THIS TILE NEEDS REPLACED, and please do the due diligence of selecting a tile greater that DCOF .55, according to outdoor slip resistance standards. Honestly, with these conditions it should be greater than .60 like a poolside tile and it should be a tile designed with ridges (textured grip). Let's save the next person from a medical emergency, thanks."

"Room was terrific, it was spacious and having the patio and kitchen areas was a bonus. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. All of the staff were very welcoming and nice to chat with. Location was right on 2 bus routes so getting to our venues was easy."

"I was guested here almost six months, it is a business hotel, service is too good, kitchen personnel (Ms. Lourdes) always serve with a smiling face. Room service is too good. I feel this hotel like home. The only negative is that I forgot three pair of shoes and nobody responded my concern by email."

"I was told if I wanted clean towels, I would have to go downstairs and get them. They did not clean our room nor did they empty the trash and give fresh towels. I told her I would write a bad review. She said that was fine she would rather have the bad review, then bring clean towels . Unbelievable stay somewhere that appreciates your business. It’s definitely not this hotel."
