"We came here for a wedding close by. We're frequent Marriott visitors and have been because we have certain expectations, and so far, Marriott/Bonvoy has met them for us. I am always so happy to be able to say that this stay exceeded our expectations. Ryan at the front desk was so courteous, professional, and just a pleasure to talk to. Ryan met all our needs and gave us pertinent information regarding what is going on around us in terms of the rodeo, shuttle service, and restaurants/shopping nearby. The room was clean, nice seize, honestly great price. I could not have been happier with the stay. I love breakfast in hotels. My husband likes to sleep in. This location, with its full kitchen, has a full breakfast, either buffet or made or order. There is an extra charge, but if you like breakfast, it is worth it. There is a full coffee station included in your breakfast. Good time all-round."
"Very nice hotel mostly catering to the business crowd. We stayed during the Christmas season so the hotel was not busy at all. Diarra at the front desk went beyond the expected to ensure we were happy with our room, etc."
"Rooms are really dated and not very clean. Had a reservation recently that the hotel staff just cancelled about 36 hours before checking in. Nobody from the hotel reached out to help, I had to call to rebook. The location is decent, otherwise this place is poorly run and outdated."
"Front desk was lovely. In the evening the restaurant was open but would not serve us unless we went back up to our rooms and ordered on the mobile app. There was no hot water for any of the several rooms we had. The rooms were pretty dated but the hallways were definitely dated. The views from our rooms were all pretty terrible too."
"We arrived for check in and before we could even get out of the building, a valet guy was already telling us to pay for valet or move our car because it was going to get towed. We weren't even there 10 minutes and had JUST checked in and walked 5 steps from the front desk to the front door. The parking spots are super tiny, our car barely fit (Subaru Outback) and was extremely tight with two cars parked next to us. They charged an extra $50 fee and did not inform us there would be any additional fees outside of parking. We were told parking would be added which was $24...not $50. The valet guy let us know this, not the front desk girl. She was pretty reserved until another gentleman walked up. She was having side conversations with him until he asked about my day. The hotel is pretty confusing. The garage doesn't take you directly to your room floor, you have to go downstairs and then use a different elevator that is way on the opposite end of where the garage is. Rooms are pretty standard, nothing crazy or lavish for what you pay. You're paying for the area and nice lobby. Big TVs in the room. Clean beds. Stocked bathroom. Again, all standard. Check out was a breeze. However, leaving the garage is also annoying. They have multiple exits and one specific exit for contractors that guests cannot use. You have to go around more stuff to exit. Overall, it's an okay hotel. The work discount made this one okay but definitely not worth the full price."
