"Carpets are stained, the hotel smells bad, 28 dollars a night for self parking, 5 dollars for a Gatorade, and everything is crusty. Save your money, stay at a holiday inn. These people want to act like this is a nice, upper class hotel….its not, believe me. It’s gross and expensive. The worst combination."

"Stayed here last weekend and Was very disappointed. We had to be switched three different times because the rooms did not have working ACs. Also the lighting in the bathroom is absolutely terrible. The staff were wonderful though that is the only reason for anything above a one star. Do better Hilton"

"Currently staying here and this hotel has potential to be great but lacks in some areas. Some of the Starbucks machines are broken so you can’t order half of the drinks nor bakery iteams. They have one staff worker for the restaurant so it takes for ever to eat. The gym is very small and dirty. The front desk isn’t as helpful."

"We had an awful experience staying here. When we checked in we had no hot water. Called the front desk and was told it'll be back later that afternoon. My wife and I had a dinner date that evening. We missed our date because still didn't have hot water. The following morning was even worse. Couldn't even take a shower because we had none. This is our second bad experience with the hotel. Never tell a guest that the problem will be fixed and never was."

"The room smelled like smoke. The coffee maker was broken. Everything here is outdated and from another time. Feels gross. I never got a cookie. I don't know what the cookie thing is about. The digital key worked great. Expect to pay 100 bucks for parking on top of your stay. If you're going to stay a weekend"
