"Location was not bad for the event I was attending. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was friendly however bar and restaurant were not. You cannot even get a cocktail at lunchtime. The on site restaurant made me feel like I was bother even eating there. The Flatbread pizza was the largest fliffiest Flatbread ever! It was actually just a real pizza that wasn't fully cooked. On site Starbucks was never open. Would not stay here again."

"Let me start off by saying I love Hilton. I am an Honors member and I typically have a good experience. Leaving a bad review is not something I like to do, but if we do not leave these reviews then they will not improve. The room i stayed in was grimy and outdated. The shower had no hot water. I let the staff know and they blew me off. Other guests complained as well."

"Great service, clean and spacious rooms (while a bit tired), kind and speedy front desk team. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options. Very convenient to have a well stocked grab n go and Starbucks right on location."

"I don't recommend this place if you fly in without transportation. There's NOTHING near it. They don't have breakfast (just a starbucks and some snacks to purchase). Having said that, it's a really pretty, upscale hotel with some really nice rooms. I would definitely stay here again! It's very quiet, and I really liked the spacious shower. I think the bathroom floors are heated, it's amazing."

"This is an extremely wonderfully built hotel. The architecture, style, decorations, and feel of this place are awesome. The lobby is so big you could soccer in it and still have room for a party. The best and restaurant were very nice and the food and drink prices were well below what I expected. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very large. My only issue was the room was a little dark. The lobby has a train station from the 1920’s feel to it and has gigantic artwork on the walls. The staff was overly nice and extremely help full with what I needed. Next I come to this city I will be staying here again."
