"First, i didn’t get the room i actually paid for. I paid for the king deluxe for 3 people. And got a regular king. Got a room on the third floor and the elevators DO NOT WORK AT ALL. They let me know when i arrived, it was too late and i was too tired to go anywhere else. All they offered was to issue a refund. The pool area was COLD, the pool water was EXTREMELY cold, the jacuzzi water was cold. I wouldn’t recommend going here without calling and actually asking do things work around there."

"Rating would be better but once I got there to check in they told us the elevator was out of service and our room would be upstairs. It was very late at night so getting another hotel would be such a hassle especially with 2 little kids. Now that wouldn't be such an issue but I did call an hour before and spoke to the lobby person to ensure our reservation I had made before hand. I think that should have been something that could have been brought up to me on that phone call. The room itself was clean and bug free but the customer service was not great."

"The worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Parking is ridiculous. The parking is on the side of the building and wraps around to the rear. Wouldn’t be an issue if you were able to get into a side or rear entrance but apparently they “lock” the doors at a certain time after hours and doesn’t allow your key to unlock for easy access. The elevator is out of commission. The communication about this is unprofessional. If you read the reviews you’ll see the elevator has been out for several weeks or even a month. I booked my reservation a week ago but I wasn’t notified about the elevator being out until they sent an email the day of my arrival while I was already in flight to the area so I didn’t see the email until the next day. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest. Despite having a room on the 2nd floor, the front desk didn’t tell me about the elevator being out. They just directed me to the stairs without taking into consideration the luggage I needed to take to my room. I’m a Diamond Member and do NOT recommend this hotel."

"Very pleasant stay. Very clean. Good breakfast. Front desk lady was wonderful. She was helpful and accommodating. She is definitely an asset to this hotel. We would definitely stay here again"

"We had a blast. The rooms were clean and neat. The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was always hot and delicious with many choices. The 1yr old loved the variety as we did. The location was nicely placed where we could get to anything quickly. I would definitely go back here again."
