"Pay very close attention to the Negative reviews because they are true. I actually stayed there in 2008 and it was a decent place. This past November 2023 I booked the place again because all the online photos looked like it did in 2008. WRONG!!!!!!!!!! My first hint should of been the taxi driver dropping me from the airport saying you sure this is where you want to stay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked in second hint was they had no one at the front desk for check in and when someone did show up they only had a felt marker for me to sign with .................that's right NO PEN. I got my room key and went to the room I was given and opened the door to an unmade bed, trash and empty pizza boxes shower rod on the messed up dirty bathroom floor. I immediately returned to the front desk and told them there was no way I was staying there here is your key I want my money back......................I was told since the only person to do this won't be available until next week we can't. I then called my credit card provided and put a stop payment on the charge. I left the property walking to the nearest service station before calling for a ride up the road to a much nicer place. This all occurred on Nov 04 2023 my CC put the stop payment on there today Dec 14 there is a charge for $79.00 from these people my next call is to the CC to put a stop payment on the most recent charge. people pay attention to the negative reviews and ask where all these super duper 5 star reviews come from. the owner mention to one on the negative reviewers he didn't even go in and check the place out. well I did and everything the other negative review said is absolutely TRUE 100%. Save your $$$ DO NOT STAY HERE. As I told my daughter my spidy senses were not tingling they were STABBING me telling me DO NOT SPEND THE NIGHT HERE. Your response to my initial post supports your character, I DID NOT stay in the room, my credit card records show I canceled the transaction within 30 minutes of the charge on the card, also shows you never responded to them regarding their questions and the charges for the room were fully refunded, my documents support everything I said, show me your supporting documents for your FALSE statements. I will not waste anymore of my time on you."

"I HAVE EXPERIENCE BLISSFULNESS....... Tekia have a great attitude. She is very helpful and friendly. Dolores, Chrys and Anabel is a very good house keeper's. Dolores goes beyond her job description to make sure the hotel stay clean. Ced is very friendly and always make sure the building is up and running properly."

"This place is not clean and kept up with. People are living here and not checking out. The 2 rooms we booked here are not thoroughly cleaned. Very few towels are left in the room. No extra toilet paper, no tissues, no hair dryer, and very dirty oven, no utensils or plates, no coffee machine and coffee/tea (not even the cheap kinds). The door to the bathroom doesn't lock. No extra sheets, pillows, blankets, towels."

"Scamming people for $80 when the whole day is gone literally went in tonight at 9:47 to get a room when the whole day is almost gone she tried to get $80 out of me when it's online 57$..11/16/23. The clerks trying to charge extra when it's illegal to charge a whole price when half of the day is gone. Pay attention how that time clock work everyone sit up in here want to run scam but you will not run a scam to the people and you're wondering why your hotel parking lot is empty due to your scamming."

"After reading these reviews, I felt compelled to speak my truth. The management and staff does their best to satisfy all of the guests' needs as long as you do your part. Pay on time, you'll have no issues, owe more than a few nights, they'll work with you but it shouldn't be hard to pay your weekly rate if you give them money through the week to extend your stay. Money is hard for everyone and it's unfathomable how people expect to live ANYWHERE for free. If we don't pay for our stay, the location can't pay to get things done or fixed including pay their staff. It's basically business management. I've been here for 2 months and have seen and heard it all. Most of the issues I have is not with staff or management but the other tenants who thinks it's ok to fight in the halls then cry bloody Mary when asked to leave. Or their children running in the halls (but their children of course but need to be mindful of others like they're taught at school).Yes we live in greenspoint but WE have to do better. When I tell the front desk there's an issue with my room (minor things like light bulbs out) it gets taken care of in a reasonable time frame. I'm not only able to work from home here but also save money to build my credit."
