Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston North I-45 Spring, an IHG Hotel

"Terrible service and treatment from this location. Jerry, the manager, should be ashamed of the poor maintenance of this hotel and how he treats people. This location lacks professionalism and basic people skills. They shouldn't be allowed to do business. Reply: Unprofessionalism is the obvious problem! There is no reason for someone to receive push back by simply walking into this hotel because of color, physical features, clothing or anything else. If that is a problem for you personally you shouldn't be apart of leadership within Holiday Inn Express."

"Entered the hotel from a day out with the family and looked for a place to stay to let the kids enjoy the arcade next door I asked the lady at the front desk if she could let me know where are the restrooms,I have a female emergency. She said no,I asked again politely and desperately, she said no rudely and that I can go tell management what she said , she never asked if I was going to get a room, and told me to go to the gas station across the street. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn, I’m very tempted to find a way to sell my time share with them for this horrible experience. Her name was Emily. Holiday Inn please get better employees to represent your business. I would give a zero if I could."

"We were able to get a room when we needed it the most. We had an attempted break-in and needed a place to stay for the night after I was advised that the warning shot I fired was a felony and the officers took 30 min to respond to the call. We killed a roach crawling across the floor when we entered the room. The restroom floor was dirty, and so was the tub, but they claimed it was the only room left. With it being 1 am. in the morning and my son having to go to school, we accepted the room, which cost $165 for the night. The fridge was dirty and still had food from the previous customer in it."

"I've traveled and stayed at many Holiday Inn and Express IHG locations for business. Jerry and his I-45 1960 FM location was by far the best experience I've ever had! The staff, front desk, were friendly and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Morning coffee as always was top notch. I highly recommend for business or pleasure, if you plan to arrive at IAH airport or have business nearby to this location, you will be well-rested and have an excellent stay at Jerry's Holiday Inn Express & Suites! This is the best IHG location I've experienced so far!"

"Housekeeping needs to be stepped up. Dirty stained sheets stuffed underneath the bed mattress. With bugs underneath and crawling on the mattress. Many reviews before this have been posted with issues of poor housekeeping. Breakfast was decent. Service was fine though on checking in, checking out, and getting assistance solutions with that issue I ran into the prior night."
