"I had a really good experience here. I stayed for the month of January while transitioning to my next home. I did have a few hiccups but they were remedied immediately. I kept my room clean which isn't a problem. I had housekeeping once in that time frame. I washed my own sheets, cleaned my kitchen, took out my trash, cleaned my bathroom without problem or complaint. We had everything that we needed here. With keeping in mind that this is an extended stay. For the area that it is, it is what it is as far as the type of people you may encounter. If you choose to see the good, you will! Thank you to Ms. Deborah, Nobie, Markel, my friend that cleans the grounds in the morning, and a few other staff members whose names I have forgotten, that made our experience amazing. It was only a month but we made memories there and the experience holds a special place in our hearts. God bless✝️❤️"

"I wish I could give this hotel a 5 star rating because I enjoyed my stay here at the WoodsSprings location , the amenities are nicely kept up and clean and the staff is friendly and attentive HOWEVER I unfortunately fell victim to the atrocity they call a "manager" at this location. Noby Jack is extremely unprofessional and miserable it is not surprising to see the MANY reviews left about her. I hope this location changes management and soon because at the rate they are going that wretched woman will drive everyone away."

"Honestly, if it wasn't for the TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL manager NOBIE JACK, I would give the staff and hotel 5 stars!! AMAZING HOTEL FOR THE COST, just make sure to avoid the lady at the front who calls herself the manager. (I think her job description reads...... "must hate life""

"I was highly disappointed with he lack of professionalism of the manager. Nobie was, by far, the most disrespectful manager I have ever had to tolerate. The battery on my door went out and it took several days to fix. If my mother wasn't lodging with me, I guess I wouldnt have had access to my room. In addition, she changed the battery at 10pm out of uniform and without notice. It sounded like someone was trying to gain access to the room ,and the sound startled my mother. In addition, I witnessed her reprimand her employees at the front desk infront of customers. Public humiliation is the weapon of a truly evil person. I pray that God forgives her for how she treated me and my mother. Her ignorance of who I am to The Most High ,and her disrespectful nature may have lead her to treat a good person wrong. God will avenge me if he already hasn't. I can only pray and hope that God forgives her. The staff treated me very kind with the exception of the manager."

"The front guest is rude and unprofessional. U have to pay for clean towels 1$ plus tax per towel even when you turn your towels in. Vending machines don't work. U take your own trash out house keeping don't come during your stay only when u check out I stayed a week. I didn't come out my room. Dogs barking all night. They must control the air conditioning cause I turn it all the way down it didn't get cold enough. The manager is very rude with glasses. And braids . It's only convenient to everything. .."
