"Decent hotel, newly remodeled, but you can tell it's still a DoubleTree so not luxury/fancy by any means, bed was comfortable but the amenities/shower were just alright, front desk is decent"

"Television has not work for 3 days now... Maintenance says this has happened before. (10 days ago he says. ) Front Desk will ignore the situation.. Elisabeth @ front desk will profile you & was disrespectful. If you have no experience in customer service You should find another career.. This is what happens when you don't stay in school.. Of course they are nice to you when you stay one night. But try staying one week, It's a different story. You will see how bad it really is. Don't stay here. Go somewhere else for better service & nice people. Housekeeping will pick up your towels but not bring you clean towels back, they will not clean your room if you stay more than a day.. they prefer to clean after you leave. The restaurant inside is expensive & serves your food cold, they will not check on you to see if you need napkins,or a refill, The server which is a 85 yr old white female drags herself and doesn't smile. I'm not coming back. I'm not exaggerating. The rooms do not have a Microwave. Hide your valuables, Maintenance knocked on my door & said ( Oh! No, It Ok) He had no business trying to enter my room. I should have hid to see what he was up to with No reason to enter the room. I found out from local residents This is a bad neighborhood."

"Recently renovated. I got an Honors upgrade to the suite and it was a nice room with plenty of space. Manny was bartending and extremely friendly, bar was fully stocked and very impressive for a DoubleTree. Would definitely come back next time in town."

"This used to be a Holiday Inn at one point in time. It's gone through a remodel and a re-badging. Highly satisfied. The staff could not be any nicer. I'm so appreciative when people/businesses exceeded my expectations, this hotel did. Honestly, the price is too low for the service, amenities and such pleasant staff. The rooms were clean, the meal down in the restaurant was good, and the facility was clean. Again, thank you very much !!!"

"The rooms were modern, beautiful and clean. The staff was very polite and kind. They have a restaurant and bar that served delicious food and a great cocktail. Manny was specially nice! I recommend this hotel."
