Comfort Inn Southwest Fwy at Westpark 6687 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77074

"I had a reservation from friday checking out on Sunday. I checked in on Friday late evening, went out on Saturday morning around 8am and came back at 4pm, when I tried to open the room's door with my key it didn't work so I went back down to the reception where they told me that they made a mistake and didn't get me in their system but they found the paperwork of my checkin from last night so now everything was good. The problem is they cleared my room. All my stuff was down in reception, when I asked why if they found the papers they didn't put everything back in the room and their response was "because they weren't sure that I was gonna come back" come on you found papers saying that I'm supposed to leave on Sunday and a room full of personal items it's pretty obvious I'm coming back. When they cleared the room, they threw away my dental aligners and also my dinner that was in the fridge. I talked to the reception person from 3 different shifts about this, and no one gave me any solutions. When I got back to Atlanta and was getting ready to open my apartment's door, I realized that they also threw away my keys that I left on the bedside table."

"I was on the first floor the first night and now there locking the lobby doors a people are banging on the lobby doors trying to gain entrance so guest are required use side doors ppl bang on them as well cause they can't or forget it's card entrance the door is slamming my heat in my room made a loud & low pitch rumbling noise I was thankful for another room maybe / hopefully I can rest tonight. They don't offer bottled water anymore for breakfast I needed for my mediation not sure how clean,pure,sterilized that water is coming out next to the OJ"

"If I could give less than 1 start I would !!!! Omg !!! I got in accident and needed the room at 1 pm , was asked if they got one , person told me the price u was agree and they had the room but then he did not like how I spoke with him , I was not rude just frustrated after accident, I’m well dressed I’m good looking lady but he did not like my intonation or whatever… people you need to look who you work with !!!! Terrible terrible service!!!!"

"The first hotel room on the 4th floor was dark and gloomy with dirty rugs throughout. The refrigerator plug was out from the wall and the stench was unbearable once the door was opened. Wonderful young man moved us to another room which appeared to be much cleaner.We went out and returned in the evening and found roaches running throughout the room including the bathroom and shower. Left the premise the next morning after having to stay the night with all the lights on. Manager agreed to reimburse half of the night stay and refund the days we didn’t stay. I think the hotel needs complete rooms renovations with exterminating services."

"If I’m being honest I think overall the only good part of this hotel was their service. Staff are kind and respectful. The only big major problem of this hotel are the rooms. I came on what is a sort of like a business trip with many relatives and known people. Many of these rooms were disgusting. There are bed bugs and roaches everywhere. Bathrooms need repair they are rusty and many of the doors do not lock. Great service but hotel really needs some work"
