"Room was busted. Bed was broke. The a/c didn't work at all. The shower vent was broke and making loud noise. The outlets in bathroom didn't work. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on carpet. Room stunk. The amenities were none, equivalent to a trashy motel."

"A friend stayed 2 nights at this location recently. On the second morning, she was having trouble with her debit card and the issuing bank. The morning manager was very understanding and, thankfully, allowed her the extra time she needed until things were figured out. Many other hotel chains are not as understanding, and we were very grateful for the extraordinary hospitality."
