"Overnight trip Houston for a Rockets Game! Had several choices but this one stood out, great location, great parking options. Customer Service is AWESOME! I will stay here again! Oh yeah! Rooms are excellent, clean, smells fresh and no bugs at all!"

"1 star service. I’ve worked with Hilton for 4 years and this was my first time booking a friends and family rate and also my first time where customer service meant nothing to a company. My dissatisfaction comes from quality of service towards employees in their own brand.i am a Hilton employee I made a mistake booking a reservation for a friend under a friends and family rate. Once I was aware, I tried making it right by cancelling and having my friend make his own reservation but was given no options but to be charged a cancellation fee. The manager also made it seem like I was twisting his arm in order to make it right for me. I’m glad my friend found another hotel (which he booked himself)-he mentioned that as he pulled in he couldn’t access the hotel unless he had a code… and on top of that no free breakfast as stated on the website. All of this and they still could not offer ANY good customer. Shameful service."

"Overall, this hotel was good. Check-in was very slow. Had to wait while one of the receptionists counted out their cash drawer. The room was clean, but the shampoo dispenser was empty. The thermostat battery was low so we had to adjust the temp on the unit below the window. The A/C unit was loud. The elevator and 1st floor outside the elevator were typically dirty or had wet floors...not sure why the challenge in keeping them clean/dry. The parking was inside a fenced/gated area, which was good."

"The only bad experience I had was the wait at the front desk and me having to call out to someone before they came to help me with a keycard and an odd odor from the first floor hallways at times. Other than that, the rooms were very clean. This is the first hotel in a while that I would've been okay taking a bath in because it was very clean and didn't show any signs of mold/rust. The water was hot and the towels were plentiful. They are on a one way side of the highway though, so lots of loops to get you where you need to go sometimes."

"This hotel needs a lot of repairs and a deep deep cleaning. The staff was not the best and the house keepers were extremely rude. They were trying to kick me out 10 minutes before normal checkout so they could do their minimal cleaning that they apparently do. I asked them to wait yet they continuously banged on the door then proceeded to just walk in. Also the air conditioner was not up to par to accommodate the extreme Texas heat. The mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and the blinds didn't work. There wasn't a microwave in the room and the mini fridge didn't even work it was just there. Also the room layout wasn't practical. They have a full length mirror on the wall with a chair and lamp blocking it, all you could use the mirror for was to see yourself in the bed but only if you were sitting up in the bed (weird). I used this hotel for the Beyonce Renaissance concert. The breakfast was ok, not as good as the many other Hilton brands I've stayed in. Would not visit this location again unless the stay was free with a $1,000 gift card to Amazon included."
