"I totally agree with Aaron Johnson's & Syed Izhar's reviews!! They scam you out of the extra kid. We are a Platinum member, so we've stayed at BW enough. Somehow my reservation also had 1 less kid & I was charged $10 a day, but was $11.70 with the taxes they added to it at checkout, so that was deceptive. I did NOT initial it at check-in so I didn't authorize the charges. BUT if I go to book a new room at this sham of a place, it DOES NOT change the amount from 1 to 2 kids, but yet they charge it. So it seems that something "happens" with the occupancy in our reservations at this hotel. We had 4 people in a 2 queen suite with a sofa bed with an occupancy of 6. That wasn't the problem, it was they wanted to scam you. If they're trying to charge it because of their breakfast offerings, then that is one big FAT joke! The omelet bar was a joke. Only one person working the whole breakfast and she sprayed the heck out of the pan with nasty Pam and the omelet barely had anything added to it. It was gross and we didn't even finish it. There weren't many other choices either, which was surprising for a BW. We tried to take DRY cereal back to munch on in the room, as we do at ALL other hotels at the end of breakfast and we were chastised by the front desk chick. This hotel is so unethical that I will never stay here ever again! Stay at your own risk! And BW corporate will do nothing about it. So stay elsewhere!! I will not be loyal to BW anymore and will look at other hotel chains from now on that I have loyalty to."

"Hotel itself is nice and clean except our room had a vomit like odor upon entering. Room size was nice also with each room being a suite. Also room didnt have any extra comforter or linen. Beware and dont assume anything. The front desk staff is trained to charge you for everything, from number of ppl to things like a toothpaste (if you forgot). Even checkout is strict, got a call exactly at 11 to checkout or i will be charged. This also during non peak season. Continental breakfast is a joke with only pancakes, some bread and cookies, scrambled eggs and bacon. No boiled eggs, bagel, fruits or even a decent bread/spread selection like other places charging this rate. Seems like you constantly have to be thinking about what they will up charge you next. Not the greatest experience and would not recommend."

"Took us a little bit to find it but the place was really convenient once we figured it out where it was. The room needs a little bit of maintenance as arm on a chair was loose, the drawer on the nightstand wouldn't stay closed and it wasn't vacuumed really well, but the room was nicely organized and roomy and we enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel itself is nice. But this is the first hotel I have ever stayed at charge you extra for bringing kids! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and once we checked in they informed me it was $21 a day for the kids to stay here with us. The rate is for the room not people. The breakfast is mediocre and tried to bring it to the room to eat while getting ready and informed us that if we take it to the room they would charge the room. This hotel is so desperate to charge every single thing. They will literally squeeze every dollar they can out of there guests. This hotel is so unethical that I will never stay here ever again! Stay at your own risk"
