"A large sign in the lobby announced breakfast in the morning from 7:00 - 9:00. None is provided and no reason given. Not even the coffee machine works. No coffee available in the rooms. Only one little bar of soap in the shower. Whoever own this motel is trying to save money on all expenses and gives very little to the customer. I recommend you stay away from this hotel because the low rental cost isn't worth the lack of amenities."
"This place is HORRIBLE!! When I arrived the guy didn't speak he came around the corner and said yes. I told him I had a reservation he said he was eating lunch so I had to wait. After waiting another 15 minutes he started the process that took forever he I definitely didn't feel welcome he was very cold. After getting to room upstairs with my bags the door didn't open. Finally got into the dirty room no remote for the TV. The toilet was dirty it was dirty towels and on top of the nastiness they have ROACHES!!!! Now I understand why every where I looked in the office and online said no refunds that's because you would definitely want your money back after just seeing the room. The pictures online must be when this place first opened because it's old and dirty. I feel like I was HOTEL-FISH I definitely didn't get what I paid for or what I saw online. Had to leave because I was scared a roach would get on me while sleeping. But who can sleep on this nasty bed with dingy sheets. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!"
"Over priced, weirdly rude service desk, but that could’ve also been a cultural thing I’m not sure. I felt unwanted and looked down on from the second I stepped through the door. Like I was bothering them or something. We just wanted to do a little staycation While they worked on the plumbing at our apartment. The guy at the desk explain the rules very clearly very almost accusatory as if he thought I was there to break all of his rules and he did it in front of my then 12 year old child. I understood pretty quickly as I walked to our room which was on the second floor, why he had explain the rules the way he did. There were meth addicts and what looks like a homeless guy with his shirt off who is eating an orange and spitting the seeds out over the balcony under the cars. When we got into the room it smelled musty not like an old book kind of smell but like walking into an old building that had been flooded and then left to rot for many years. The mold was tangible. We couldn’t find the remote and when my son went down to ask for one the guy just dismissed him and told him that I had to come down and ask for one which I thought was ridiculous. He also insisted there was one in the room and I just hadn’t seen it. There was not. at about 3 AM the aforementioned meth heads knocked on the door asking if I had seen an apple phone laying around anywhere in the parking lot or as I walk to the room. I was exhausted and said no and went to shut the door and the guy stuck his head in the room and looked around as I was shutting the door then he started calling me names because I was shutting the door on him and he banged on the door a few more times yelling at Me. I’ve packed us up waited about 20 minutes and headed out of there. I was not going to fall asleep in that location knowing that there are people standing right outside of my door who knew that it was just a woman and a child in that room alone. It was scary it was shady and it’s not someplace I would ever visit again. it was super sketchy. When I went back the next day to give my key and check out and also let the manager know what had happened the night before he immediately got defensive and told me that I couldn’t get a refund, something I didn’t even ask for. And told me that they don’t have any drugs on their property which I never said that they did I just referred to the people picking their head into my door in the middle of the night as tweakers I didn’t say that they were manufacturing it or selling it out of the property location so I don’t know why he got so instantly defensive. But again I felt very much like I was an inner Luper that was very much not wanted anywhere around that place. Which is fine because I don’t wanna be anywhere around that place. I love to support small businesses and that’s why I went there in the first place versus going to a large commercial chain, but when small business owners don’t protect and appreciate their customers I don’t see how they’re gonna stay in business."
"The booking sites and online state breakfast included and there is none just coffee and juice which you can get at motel 6 for 20 dollars cheaper, the room door only stays shut when deadbolt is applied other than that the door pops back open and the security lock has already been broke off. The ac filters were so clogged with dust I personally cleaned them in the sink. Always pull the filters out and look so you don't breath in bacteria all night."
"Has a weird odor in all the rooms that I had been in . It seems to be a great place for people to run drugs in and out of all night. My neighbors , had people going in and outball night. You could here them talking being load . Horrible experience."
