"This is the second time we have used this location for an event. From the sales office to the housekeeping staff, all our guest were treated well and their needs met. The food was delicious in the restaurant as well as for the event. The rooms are clean and everyone slept well on the wonderful mattresses. We like the service so well, our organization is thinking about scheduling a thrid event with this location in the spring."

"Thy should not be the face of any Hilton’s hotel! I have been a member for YEARS and I have never been treated the way I was treated just now to pickup a lost and found item! 30 MINUTES and a long line of 8 customers later! You need to use discernment! I showed you both of our IDs, the reservation, and identified the item missing! There is absolutely no reason for the nonsense!"

"We were here for the convention happening and we ended up switching rooms 3 times once we arrived. The first room door was unlocked before we opened the door and as we went to check the room out we noticed tobacco in the bathroom in the sink and around it. Immediately we got another room. The following room we were not sure how clean it was and it had a sticky stain on the bed. We ended up just sticking with the room and didn’t want to make a fuss out of it. Later as we came back at night from our convention we came into the room only for it to smell like weed all throughout the room. We could not sleep there at all. We requested one last room and finally we ended up sleeping there. Location is great and service for getting us other rooms was quick. But the cleanliness we were not fond of and would have expected better from Hilton."

"I'm getting increasingly disappointed with Hilton. It's been a while since I've been satisfied with a Hilton experience. Rooms are small and need updating. No bath robes, the remote doesn't work, there's a loud motor probably from the A/C unit that keeps running intermittently. Bathroom vanity needs repainting or at the very least a touch up. Tub drainage was stopped. There was something lodged in the drain that I had to pull out while I wearily took a shower after getting to my room late at night. This is not a place to stay for a nice rest before meetings. It's okay if you are barely in your room Tip of iron is broken. Impossible to iron clothes without ripping it. For a Hilton and this hotel's location in the business district of West Chase, this could be a million times better. Now for the positive: Great service at the reception desk. Bed is very comfortable."

"This hotel has all the amenities and is in a great location. The room needs updates (like maybe new floors) but it was clean. Also, the bathroom is very small so I wouldn't do more the 2 people to a room. The floor to ceiling windows is nice and definitely make the room feel spacious. The bed was comfortable and seemed true to size. Overall this is good if you are on a budget and not picky."
