"We thought staying at a Homewood Suites would have been of high standards. Much to our dismay, we were very disappointed, the hotel is run down and not in a safe area. It definitely needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. The Lobby area is the only nice part of the hotel."

"I am disappointed by this hotel. I reserved an overnight stay. I arrived at the check-in time of 3 p.m. only to be told the room was not ready. I was offered some complimentary water and told I could sit in the lounge until they finished; they were running behind schedule. The staff was nice, but unorganized. I came back 30 minutes later and was told they had to contact the housekeepers and see if a room was available. The staff and housekeepers communicate with each other via text messages. The pool was out of order. The room was located in an extended part of the hotel. kind of creepy feeling. The room was a little outdated but had somewhat comfortable amenities. Breakfast was okay. The hash brown surprise was exceptional. I did not get the deposit back, which they stated would take 3 to 7 business days to be refunded back to my account. I do not know if I would stay here again, but I will say it's located next to the mall and restaurants if you are looking for convenience."

"This hotel was right by everything you could walk to including a mall. The suite was perfect for a family of 3. My daughter ate breakfast every morning and loved it."

"Older hotel that is in need of updating. The room was clean but the beds are a little hard for my taste. The breakfast selection was not up to normal homewood standards. Overall an okay place to stay but probably would find another location next time."

"Beware the boyfriend and I were celebrating his bday today and I saw 2 bed bugs one on wall in room (blood splatts on walls) and in elevator, disgusting. I made him take me home, sad he has to go back and stay because he lives to far to drive all the way home. I knew I should have listened to my gut when my room key didn't work the first time. Very outdated for it being Hilton. Shame on me for not reading the reviews pretty negative. Pictures included"
