"( HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!! ) i booked a weeding block with them and the lady said it was all pink and butterflies she said groom and bride get a complimentary room for sending all family and friends here also that there would be a shuttle to my venue for my guests and it was all a LIE i spent 1 hr on my wedding day at the front desk trying to figure out what was going on because obviously there was no complimentary room or shuttle i still paid for my room the manager was very RUDE and 0 understanding NO help whatsoever all she said is read your contract nothing that she said on the phone when i asked a million questions before booking was true she didn’t even take in consideration we sent lots of family and friends here i waisted my time for months with them for absolutely nothing so BRIDES SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS DO NOT BOOK HERE !!"

"Let's start with the obvious: the front desk is through the doors the half circle drive (which looks like a side door) and the really pretty stone steps and ambiance entrance around the back is not the entrance. It's slightly misleading. Second, the guy at the front desk was completely muffled and sounded like Quincy Carter with a mask on. Why? Because he was talking through a speaker w a mask on.. we couldn't understand him, but since he wasn't opening the door, we got the jist. Third, the reason for the stars that the hotel received was the fact that the layouts are great. The water pressure is great. However, we booked a kind w pull out because they didn't have 2 queens available. It's all good.... if 1. There was extra bedding for the pull out and 2. If the mattress of the pullout didn't look like odd bodily fluids were seeped into it. My daughter took the actual bed, and I slept on the portion of the couch covered up by one of the sheets from the bed. Also, there is some major electrical issue because during the night, the lights to the desk would just turn on randomly. We would have to wake up and hit the switch to turn it out. Also, the lamp by the front door didn't work and the lights to the desk wouldn't turn on with the switch (only off) so it took a minute when we got in to figure out how to make it all work. Overall, it could've been great. But it wasn't. And I hate that I paid for something that I shouldn't have. FYI room 413 11/4-11/5. The pullout mattress pics were the night of the stay and the pictures are from when we were leaving so not when we arrived. Update 1: my bill was for $132 and change, but they charged my card for $160. I am now further inconvenienced and will have to call to have it fixed."

"I really enjoyed my stay and will return. The Front desk was super sweet and friendly. I love that my room was cleaned every day. They have the softest sausage/biscuits! Delicious! The walking trail right behind the hotel was a plus. I included a pic of the beautiful view along the walk. Located by several eating and shopping places."

"I'm at this hotel every month for business and the staff treats me like family. Heilyn greets me with a smile and a hug upon arrival-- which really refreshes my spirits after a long day of travel. The service has always been warm and top notch. The location is convenient when flying into IAH and being adjacent to Vintage Park and plenty of excellent dining options is another plus. But like any organization, the people are this hotel's greatest asset. I look forward to coming back again soon."
