"NO ELEVATOR, WREAKS OF MARIJUANA, GARBAGE OVERFLOWING, RATS RUNNING ACROSS THE PARKING LOT - The elevator was not working and when I asked someone when it would work again, they advised it had not worked for MONTHS. The property description states the hotel is a non-smoking facility, yet it wreaks of marijuana. The garbage dumpster was overflowing and rats were running across the parking lot. The staff is nice, but this does not compensate for the ridiculous condition of this property."

"If it wasn't for the nice staff I'd probably give it 1 or 2 stars. The dumpster is always overloaded and the elevator has been broken for months. And I've seen handicapped people and elderly people who live there and they need that elevator. Also, I've worked in Building Maintenance for years, and that is considered a violation of code. Other than that, it's a decent place to stay. But no breakfast? They'd get much better reviews if they had breakfast!"

"This is one of the worst facilities I have been to. There is never a Manager on duty. I was charged and never stayed in the hotel. It states that the hotel is a non-smoking facility, yet it reeks of Marijuana and insenses. I asked for a refund since I was charged $70 for a night I didn’t stay and an additional $400 for future stays. The elevator was not working, and when I saw the help, they stated that the elevator never works and that they were lying. I immediately spoke with the person in the front office who was visibly embarrassed for lying to me and I immediately left and asked to be refunded my money, and the front office personnel noted that the Manager would be there Monday, but that has not been the case. The Manager is never there."

"I had such an enjoyable 3 Days staying at you're place in August 20, 2022 & January 15 2021. It was a really relaxing vacation for me & my guest stayed in his own room, but we both enjoyed the coffee in the Lobby. What Brand of Coffee it smelt so good in the Lobby Constantly."

"This place is filled with mold, roaches, rats and STINK WATER. They put you in rooms without checking the room to make sure it’s clean, the elevator never works. Cigarettes and weed, always fill the hallways. Housekeepers DO NOT know how to properly clean. Mold all around the rim of the sinks, tubs be halfway clean, shower heads have built up scum. Not to mention, you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on above you. The only good thing is the prices. I wish I hadn’t deleted my others pictures, but here’s a few."
