"Keisha is always a pleasant face to see when you check in - she is always so friendly & hospitable. We always enjoy talking with her. Sandra in the restaurant is a gem. We look forward to seeing Sandra each morning for breakfast. I was amazed at Sandra's thoughtfulness. I had left a cup last fall when I stayed, when I returned a few months later Sandra brought the cup to our breakfast table. She had held on to it knowing we would be back - that level of hospitality is rare. The entire staff always makes us feel welcome."

"I attend twice in the last 6 months for company meetings and the venue was clean, staff very helpful and friendly, the food choices were great and the venue rooms had no issues. Both times I really enjoyed the meeting and the venue was a great assist. The location is right in the energy corridor, so convenient for coworkers"

"Spent 3 nights here, rooms were clean and inviting, very modern hotel. Food was surprisingly good, they do a buffet at lunch too which is very good, great variety, different every day, and great value. Bar was always busy, didn’t have to wait for service even though every seat and space at the bar was taken, special shout out to Ariana (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) for being absolutely fabulous, you rock girl! Looking forward to my next visit"

"Room availability, parking for our moving trailer, and allowances for our daughter’s dogs were great. We had made the reservation through the Hilton App, but had to add a room and nights when checking in - the reservation desk was very helpful and accommodating. The room itself was clean. We did not like the very noisy air conditioner though the room temperature did stay where we wanted it. It was very difficult to hear the television when the AC was running. The deadbolt was difficult to operate - we had to hold the door in just the right position to get the deadbolt to lock. There were a lot of kids in the building for a baseball tournament, and they were a little disruptive in the hallway- but not too bad. Water pressure in the shower was very low - probably a low flow design because it appeared to be functioning properly. There was no complimentary breakfast which is standard in so many places we stay. There was a coffee maker in the room. Overall, though, we wouldn’t be opposed to staying at this Hilton Garden Inn again."

"My boyfriend and I had a great experience at the hotel. Easy check in, clean and updated rooms, comfy bed, quiet. Great for our weekend trip to Houston. Only negative is that I called for more washcloths and towels and they said I could come down and get it. I would’ve liked for them to bring to room. Other than that, great experience and will visit again if ever in Houston again!"
