"First impression of this place was a very hot , humid lobby with a musty odor. Was told the hotel does not have hot water and there is no timeline of when that will be fixed. I hoped the room would be better but it wasn't. Just minutes of entering the room, I was greeted by cockroaches. One came out of the portable AC and the other was heading near the bed. This place needs some repairs and maintenance. This was my first time booking Laquinta and it was disappointing. My choice was ultimately to leave and go to a competitor hotel. I will not be coming back to this hotel and will reconsider before booking a Laquinta hotel in the future."

"I booked my room online for two days with this hotel. Upon arrival to check-in, I was told there was no hot water and that the plumber was coming out to rectify the issue. That was at 5pm that Saturday evening. Woke up the next morning only to realize the problem still persists. I asked front desk if there was an update yet for hot water. Just GHETTO!! I Was told that the plumber was called stated he would arrive 25 minutes and no one showed up since. The INTERNET SPEED LAGS!!. Suppose I needed my computer for an important meeting. I would be in trouble. Do better Laquinta!"

"A very unpleasant experience. Third floor smelled of marijuana. Someone was smoking late at night and the smell seeped into our room. People were loud throughout the night. We could hear screaming and shouting well after midnight. Lots of knocking on doors in the early morning that was not housekeeping. Will never stay here again. Do not recommend!"

"This hotel is absolutely disgusting, the carpets in the hallways and rooms were filthy and the halls and rooms smelled of urine. the walls, bathrooms and floors in our hotel was filthy, so bad to the point where me and my guest had to buy cleaning supplies and clean our selves. The hotel is roach infested, everytime we leave and come back the key card does not work, customer service was no help. the shower head was broken, and crusted along with roaches, they roamed the room along with the bathroom, the guest in a different room sat up fighting for hours, glass breaking, yelling and walls being punched. this hotel is just very outdated and i definitely do NOT. recommend this hotel and believe that money can be spent else where for better services."
