"I hate the fact that I have to live in this world with people who are so uncaring, unconsidered, and straight out unhuman. Never in my life I would be so unwilling to help a person who clearly information was use fraudulently in your hotel. The nerve to say (the manager)we gotta still get paid. Like wow. They should have a negative star button."

"Hotel used to be good, but the new management is just terrible. Staff are dishonest and weird. Someone came into my room while I was nude and the manager told me “If you don’t like it you can leave” felt unsafe and left."

"Location is great! But this hotel has gone down hill, it used to be so nice and clean when it first opened now it’s a complete disaster. Walls and floors are dirty, dusty appliances are hanging off by a thread. Did not enjoy my stay, don’t get me wrong it is very affordable but I feel it should still be presentable BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!"

"We checked in on October 5, 2023 My daughter had rent the room for us & I wanted some of my money back. I was not happy with the room, it was dirty, dusty, & the ceiling fans were not clean so much dirt & dust in the ceiling fan The bath tub had Mew dew in the shower & the handle to the water faucet in the bath tub was messed up, the shower curtain was torn And there was no cable Was very very upset with the hotel being so dirty. When you close the door the lock didn't lock I had to lift the door up a little in order for it to lock ."

"The rooms are a good size. The AC works well they are pretty clean especially for the price. The staff is helpful and nice. The cleaning ladies were on top of it very helpful. My only complaint would be the microwave was missing the circle thing I did and then it was smooth sailing."
