"I’m bummed I got charged to stay at a motel with a Hilton name. I was baffled at the condition of this motel. There no way this is a Hotel from Hilton. Been a Diamond member for over 7 years now and I can say this is by far the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. I think Motel 6 has a more renovated look By the way the bot replying to these reviews and apologizing then saying please call this number or visit this website for feedback just adds to the lack of attention Hilton is giving this place."

"holy cow this place is a total mess. strange stains on carpet in room. peeling wallpaper. worst sleep I ever had. could not get comfortable at all. ac unit doesn't work well. along with being meet with a wall of boxes of toilets near the elevator. I was happy about staying at a Hampton inn til I got here."

"The worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at. One star because the walls didn’t cave in and the room didn’t smell. Everything else that you could imagine was wrong. The drain in both the tub and sink were clogged. There were no curtains in the room, so light from the parking lot lit up the room throughout the night. The A/C was so loud and rattled. The bed was not comfortable and sheets itchy. Reception wasn’t friendly and there was no monitoring of noise from other guests in the hallway. The list goes on, but you get the gist. If this were a free night in a hotel, it may be worth the stay, but not most definitely not for the rate. Don’t stay here. It won’t be pleasant."

"Hotel is not located in the best area. Room smelled bad. The bathroom was not clean, I had to wipe the toilet seat down twice before it was clean. Inside of the toilet had a visible dirt ring. Even the toilet paper had a weird smell. Bed sheets had large spots on it that looked like some type of oil that didn't wash out. I ended up using the extra blanket in the closet to wrap up in and even that smelled. No complimentary breakfast in the morning which I've never experienced at a Hampton Inn. I mentioned this all at the front desk upon check out and I'm not even sure if it was noted. This room was a diamond upgrade so requesting to change rooms would have likely resulted in the same. If it weren't for exhaustion from day long travel I would have relocated to another property. I checked out a day early from a 2 night stay. I don't understand how this motel is a Hilton property."

"Alex at the front desk is rude. Wants to charge members for water, hotel is old, HOT and under renovation. Okay, I decided to give this hotel another chance because it is the cheapest Hilton around and wow, they exceeded my expectations. I actually got a renovated room that was beautiful, spacious and clean. One lady(Indian)did help me to understand the policy about the water, and was very kind. Even the cleaning staff was friendly. The lady April at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful and friendly! Glad I gave them a second chance."
