"I have stayed at this location several times for business. I don’t doubt others’ experiences, but mine have truly been positive. The rooms have always been very clean. Once, the room smelled smoky, but they immediately changed my room and felt badly because this is a non smoking facility. I have always dealt with friendly staff… very accommodating. The location is convenient, and there are places to eat nearby. It’s not a dangerous area, but busy being off the freeway. I used to live in this area, and it is a relatively safe place. No strangers/homeless or anything like that around the premises or area really. Breakfast is subpar … but very very clean! Make a waffle with great toppings or a yogurt/toast or go to a nearby restaurant. I hope this helps combat the negatives, because I really rely on reviews myself. As a professional traveling, it works well for me!"

"Tried calling this hotel around 6:20 am to get more information before booking and was greeted by an agent then asked to hold. For the next 6+ minutes, I listened to them talk about how much one charges as a hairstylist and how she needs to charge more, especially compared to others. They went on and on, and I finally said “hello”because obviously they weren’t working, they’d just forgotten I was on the line. Instead of coming back to the phone to assist, they abruptly stopped the conversation (someone made a shocked noise, not realizing someone was on the line), then immediately hung up without saying anything else. I tried calling again right after, even letting the phone ring for 4+ minutes, but no one picked up. If this is what it’s like before I ever step foot inside the hotel…no thank you."

"The staff at this place are horrible, i checked In on thanksgiving night and the lady in the front desk was extremely rude, we asked for extra pillow and the response i dont have it and she really didn't want to talk to us and respond to any question. They also run out of everything in the morning if you arrive late. Make sure you wake up early and do your breakfast and expect very rude and unfriendly staff. Looks like they don't know how to greet their guests. The rooms are good and clean. The location is a bit far from downtown but worth the price as you can save on parking however I wouldn't recommend staying at this place due to their bad customer service. It seems their staff don't want to work at this place, from front desk to cleaners to breakfast serving staff were all rude, not respectful and simply seems like they are working at this place as they don't have any other option"

"Nice location with several restaurants nearby. The rooms looked nice and clean. The only disappointment was breakfast. 9 am on Saturday we came down and there were no eggs. The pan looked like it was empty for some time. Not much in the way of other choices. Left to go to IHOP."

"Room was spacious and super clean. It did not take long to get room temp at a comfortable setting. I like the towels. Bed was comfy. I received excellent service from front desk. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was just okay but acceptable. I would most likely stay here again. There was not much activity around but quiet. There is a train nearby."
