"I had asked for a non-smoking room when I made my reservation. When I got there, they did not have one (likely due to third party booking). And, there was no one at the front desk as seemed to be the case most days. When the gentleman got to the front desk, he did have his cleaning crew prepare me a non-smoking room which was larger than what I had previously booked. I was very appreciative of this but quite disappointed that there was rarely anyone at the desk. And, often when I called the number on display, no one answered. It was a pleasant enough stay for a reasonable price."

"The room was okay. The problem was when I simply wanted to step OUTSIDE to smoke a cigarette and I assume a strange employee from this hotel told me I’m not allowed to smoke outside and also not to spit on the floor??? It’s OUTSIDE. He said I can smoke In the room I’m in. Why? I do not need to. That’s gross. Smoking cigarettes inside the room. I didn’t know that was a rule here. If that’s the case let people know at check in."

"Room was neat and clean and they did provide the bare essentials, such as a couple of tiny bottles of shampoo and tiny bar of soap. They also generously gave me a discount of $5 for checking in after 3am and being forced to check out by 11am. In addition to my original review, I have since my first visit returned here for three more nights. I was surprised that there weren't any people partying and making noise all night. Everything was very quiet and peaceful. Management was also helpful in helping me to master the remote control and the wifi password. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and I most definitely will recommend it to everyone."
