"Let’s just say the guy and the front desk was not having a great day today! I stayed here from the 25-2 with no problem! Today March 3 I started a new reservation and as I was checking in the guy at the front desk wasn’t kind! He’d cut me off as I was trying to explain my reservations for my prior booking, then after letting him know he started to loud talk me to the point I just had to walk away! My first encounter with him as I was checking in he ate fried chicken in my FACE while checking me in but I never complained because maybe he was just hungry! But tonight was totally uncomfortable and uncalled for! I will call corporate tmrw morning! There were 2 front desk worker and not once did the lady working with him tried to intervene with how he talked to me in-front my children"

"The staff whom we interacted with were fantastic. I’m giving it 2 stars however as I wonder about housekeeping. When I pulled the sheet from the mattress this morning, a key card for a different hotel and dated October 2023 fell out with the sheet. Does that mean the bed sheet hasn’t been changed since at least late last year??"

"Great hotel right outside of Houston TX. Check in was fast and easy. Had plenty of parking unlike other hotels I have stayed at. Really my only complaint was that the USB wall port was not working. When I told the guy at the front test, his response was that it is a maintenance issue and shrub his shoulders. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Great breakfast also"

"Most of the staff we encountered during our stay was friendly and as helpful as they could be. When I checked in, I was told there was an indoor pool, but it was not heated. The website advertises a heated pool. It was too cold for my kids to swim and it was green and dirty-looking. There were also no towels in the pool area. However, I’m sure nobody uses it much once they see/feel it. The first morning we were there, we went down for breakfast. They were out of plates, most foods, beverages. There seemed to be one person trying to get everything replenished but there were a lot of hungry people just standing around waiting. This was hugely inconvenient when you plan on eating breakfast at the hotel. Our last night, we arrived back late after attending a friend’s birthday party. We couldn’t get in our room. The staff couldn’t get into our room. They moved us to a different room to sleep, with none of our things. When the shift change came, they were able to get us in to get our things at 7am. We needed to leave at 8am. This is a reflection of poor management and a huge lack of care for the customers’ safety, comfort, and delivering on the promises you make on your site. We will be contacting the manager directly and seeking a partial refund for getting locked out of our room we paid for with our belongings held hostage."

"Loved the spacious room with adequate workspace and kitchen/eating area. I especially loved the personal handwritten greeting to all Bonvoy members upon entering the hotel lobby on a whiteboard, inviting others to join. A simple gesture that was impactful. Check-in was easy, and William, who was manning the front desk at the time, was pleasant, professional, and personable. Loved the location, too, with lots of eateries to choose from."
