"First time staying at this hotel and it was a very wonderful visit! Sahera was incredibly nice and helpful with us to get a hotel on such short notice and was very accommodating! The rooms are very clean and for such a good price as well. Sahera worked with us for our booking and helped made the stay very enjoyable. Will definitely be booking here again!"

"An all-around poor experience and certainly not place I would stay again. Be careful if you're planning to use points or award nights. I've been an IGH platinum member for years and I have never had anyone try to pull what this hotel did. I had several nights booked with points, but only when I arrived late in the evening did they tell me they would not honor all of the nights I had reserved. If I wanted all of them, I would have to pay for some in cash. Obviously I went somewhere else and cancelled my stay. At best, this is an incredibly rude waste of my time since they could have called me beforehand to let me know they did not plan on honoring the reservation. At worst, this is a bait and switch, as I could see someone arriving later in the night just paying the cash rate rather than finding a different hotel. Then after the stay my points were not credited back to my account so I had to waste more time sorting this out. Looking back at other reviews of the property, I should have heeded the one that also reported his reservation changed by the hotel without informing him and instead gone somewhere else from the get go."
