"Last time was 5 stars but this time absolutely horrible and I'll repost, this daily till I get an apology from someone here. It is so sad how 1-2 people can ruin all the rapport you build with a company and other inside the company. 2 days I paid for and it would have been 3 if I didn't have my do not disturb sign on the door get completely ignored so they knock till you wake up or worse she tried to just barge on in my room the 2nd day ALL WHILE THE SIGN IS ON THE DOOR. When complaining to the lady at the desk only because she asked she's going to start laugand smiling like it's a damn joke or funny that imma being woken up. What happened here? Teach your people that do not disturb means the same in English and Spanish. ALSO ROACHES AND BUGS IN ROOMS AND BEDS!"
